Do you have a busy life and/or picky eaters? We’ve pulled together a few fun recipes to get you out of the kitchen faster and your kids eating better!
Lasagna Roll Ups
“This is one of my favorite recipes! It’s one that I love enough that I’ll serve it to company. I love that both young and old alike always enjoy them and I also love that they reheat so well. There aren’t many foods that I like just as much when they are rewarmed the second or third day around. Another great thing about these is that you can prepare the full recipe then freeze half and bake them later on. The first time you make these they may seem pretty labor intensive, like just about any lasagna, but once you’ve made them a few times it will start to go pretty quick. These roll ups are just total delicious comfort food, so good you may likely add them to your dinner rotation! ”
Cheeseburger Biscuit Cups

“This dinner has become a staple at our house, mostly because it takes so little time to throw together, Eddie devours it (which he doesn’t tend to do with a lot of things these days) and so does my husband. After the first few bites right out of the crockpot, Gordon was like “wow, this is actually really good.””
DIY Pitta (or Naan) Bread Pizza For Kids Recipe

I’m sharing these Cornbread Waffles with Chili & Fixins’. See my notes at the end of the post for some ways to change this up. So incredibly simple y’all, but so stinkin’ good!”

We do make chicken nuggets quite a bit at home but recently I’ve started making these Cauliflower Nuggets too, in an effort to eat a little less meat and generally get the kids eating more veggies.”

And a new favourite of mine is this Stovetop Broccoli Mac & Cheese!”
