Do I need to be present on my cleaning date?

It is up to you if you want to be home or away during your maid service. Many customers chose not to be home and provide us with a key, which is stored in a secure location, or another entry method so we can gain access to your home.

How do you handle pets in the home?

Our crews work well with all friendly animals! If your pet is overly active or uncomfortable around people, you may chose to crate your pet or put it in a spare room. Just leave instructions with us and we will gladly work around your beloved pet.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. If you pay by check, please leave it on the kitchen table the day of your service. If you have provided us with a credit card, we will charge your card two business days before the appointment.

Can I change my appointment date or time?

Depending on availability, you may change your home cleaning appointment day or time. However, if it goes to the next rate tier, that rate will apply. For example, if you are on a weekly rate and you change your appointment causing the time between the two cleanings to reach 14 days, the bi-weekly rate would apply for that service only. For the following week, as your normal service resumes, so will your normal rate. We do however need a two business day notice to reschedule without fees.

Can I purchase gift certificates?

Yes, it's wonderful to give the gift of home cleaning! Just contact us at the office, and they can be purchased in any denomination. You can also buy a house cleaning gift certificate from us online.

What is your refer a friend program?

Refer a friend to our service and they will receive a $25 discount on their first cleaning, and you will receive $25 off on your next cleaning. Simply call the office and we will take care of the rest.

How many people will clean my home?

We usually send a home cleaning crew in teams of two; occasionally three.

Do I need to provide anything? Can I request a specific product?

Our housekeeping teams will arrive with the equipment and supplies they need to do the job right; using products that are professional strength and chosen for their effectiveness. However, if you want a particular cleaning product used (a special wood floor cleaner for example), you can provide it and we will note it in your work order to use the requested product.

Do I need to do anything before the team arrives?

You do not need to clean before the our maid services arrives, however it's best if personal items, large piles of things, and/or clutter are put away. For example, books, newspapers, food, laundry, dishes, and jewlry or other small personal items. This allows the crew to really focus on getting the home clean.

How do I know when my next cleaning will occur?

Our teams leave behind a blue card stating who cleaned the house and the date of the next cleaning. If you’d like to reschedule, you can call us at least two business days before the next appointment. Or if you've lost your card, give us a call and we’ll review the schedule with you.

Do I need to leave a tip?

This is not required or expected, but it is up to you as the customer to decide.

When are your arrival times?

We have four arrival windows of 8-8:30AM, 10-12AM, 12-2PM, and 2-4PM. Our office and cleaning crews both operate Monday through Friday during the hours of 8AM to 5PM.

What intervals can I arrange for recurring service?

We have service intervals of every week, every two, three weeks, or four. Biweekly (every other week) is by far the most common interval our customers choose, followed by monthly and weekly.

Do you have contracts?

No, you can cancel any time with two business days notice to avoid a fee. However, we expect to earn your business with every home cleaning and we have a very high customer retention rate. Our goal is to have you become a happy customer for life, not months.
